Welcome! The functionality of this ClockWork feature has changed significantly, so please be sure to read these notes completely. Note: If you have not yet worked with one of our Access Coordinator to establish your accommodation eligibility, please do not use this module--instead, call our office (413-545-0892) to request a first appointment or (when available) use our online booking tool from the main menu.
Due to some updates to our database, all students with established accommodations must now use this feature at the start of each semester to inform their course instructors of their accommodation eligibility.
If after reviewing your accommodations, you would like to request an additional accommodation(s) that is not currently listed, please schedule an appointment to meet with your Access Coordinator. Please note that additional documentation from a healthcare provider may be needed, explaining the rationale for the additional accommodation(s). If additional accommodations are granted, your Access Coordinator can assist in sending an updated letter to your instructors.
