Thank you for your interest in serving as a notetaker for Disability Services. We will need less notes than usual this Fall 2022 as many of our students will be using the Glean notetaking app for notes. However, there will be classes where Glean will not work properly and in this case, we'll need student notetakers. If you are interested, please be sure to list your name, ID, course (BIOLOGY 200) Section (01) and the Instructor's last name as you proceed.

IMPORTANT: This is a tool to let us know who can provide notes. THIS IS NOT A NOTETAKING ASSIGNMENT. If selected, we will reach out to you via email to inform you that there is a need and to see if you are interested in earning 45 community service hours or 1 P/F (practicum) credit in EDUC 398NT. We'll then select you as the notetaker and ask that you upload all notes from the start of the semester on.

If you are a student in need of notes, or have follow up questions regarding notes, simply email the notes@umass.edu with your name, ID#, email, and the course info (i.e. HIST 100, Section 3, Jones). Please put "Eligible for notes" in the subject line. You will receive an email notification once a note taker has been assigned to your class.
